Techno Hipurity Water Systems Pvt. Ltd.’s Point of Use (POU) Heat Exchanger is a compact POU Cooler for Purified Water and Water for Injection. It meets the Stringent hygiene standards expected by the Pharmaceutical Industries and Government Bodies and Associations. It is supplied as a complete insulated module with pitot tube arrangement with Automatic or Manual Valve Operation Configuration.
The POU Heat Exchanger is based on Tube in Tube Design. All wetted parts are of SS316L Construction. It is easy to clean and can be steam sterilized. It can be drained completely from the product side without any dead leg in the entire module. The Pitot Tube arrangement removes the need of throttling valves thereby reducing the total pressure drop of the system significantly. This system is virtually maintenance free with no internal Weld joints and Gaskets.
The POU Heat Exchanger is delivered with document dossier consisting of drawings, Material Test Certificates, Operation and Maintenance Manual, Pressure Test Certificate, Welder Qualification Certificate, Boroscopy Report Etc.
